Albertson, NY – Fixxbook, a technology company that provides a web platform and community for credentialing and management of commercial contractors by facilities managers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Farmer, CFSP as its new Strategic Director of Business Development. Mr. Farmer’s responsibilities will include identifying and developing new partnerships and industry-specific offerings as well as managing the Company’s mentoring and educational programs. He will also be assisting the Fixxbook Sales & Marketing team with the roll out of Private Network, while continuing to build on its ever-expanding international contractor database.

Mr. Farmer, previously served as Director of Business Development for Commercial Parts & Service, a Cincinnati-based commercial kitchen equipment repair company, and was a member of the Board of Directors for CFESA, the Commercial Food Equipment Service Association. He is also the recipient of the Foodservice Equipment & Supplies (FE&S) magazine’s 2011 Top Achiever-Service Agent award. Dan has extensive experience in Commercial Parts and Service as well as restaurant management.
Mr. Farmer has a BA from California State University, San Barnardino and is a Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP). He and his family reside in the Columbus, Ohio area.
